We need to set a date and time where people can ask us questions on IRC about everything regarding DrupalCon in Copenhagen.
Wednesday october 7th at 20:00 is an option.

should we take 2 sessions?
one on wednesday 20.00 and another the week after?
How about the americans - shold we set it to 21.00 instead would that give them a better chance to participate?

20 or 21 won't make a difference for the americans. It's all during work hours anyway. Let's just do the next two wednesdays with QA. Unfortunately, I'm tied up this wednesday (I'm not home Wednesday and Friday nights this week), but I'll be there again the following.

I hope that the London & Berlin are up for this or should we just run it as a "ask about the copenhagen project" and if the berlin & london wanna do the same they themself must get up on the pony and do somehing about it?

We can't wait for the others to decide on times and such. Just do it and if they want to participate they should set up times that works for their planning groups.

I have told the germans: konstantien, Robert & jam about it so i hope they grap the ball and do something like were doing.
But yes youre right we dont have the time to sit and wait for the london and berlin to move
